PCIP-Implementation Course

The PCIP-Implementation Course prepares Security Officers to manage the implementation of large-scale resilience and security programs. Drawing from both Project Management Body of Knowledge® and PRINCE II, this course teaches resilience and security focused project implementation methodology. This course is recognized by the Project Management Institute® (PMI) and generates 15 Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits for qualified Project Management Professionals. This course is also endorsed by the University of Toronto Centre for Resilience of Critical Infrastructure and is taught as part of the Masters Degree in Critical Infrastructure.
